A good job that is flexible and you never have to miss life's important things

While you are flexible you're always "on call" calls never stop and your always waiting for problems

Excellent training, great benefits, great company!

Cons

No cons on the company side, I just hate sales. I'd like to move to another department eventually. I was always an operator, and transitioning to sales wasn't as easy or fun as I thought it would be.
