Pros

A lot of overtime Good benefits A lot of good people around you to help you with your job, all and all a good place to work for

Cons

Somtimes theres two much overtime. And it felt like sometimes they could have moved people around a little better to get the work down faster.

Pros

Working at Sysco, I found there to be a decent work life balance, easy to understand processes and workflows, and a relatively enjoyable and casual atmosphere at corporate.

Cons

Their software programs are outdated and underutilized, there is very little opportunity or encouragement to grow into other areas of the company, and the emphasis on delivering quality on a deadline is almost nonexistent.
