Pros

There are some great people that work here. You can make some excellent relationships with your customers. You can run your day how you see fit. You're not stuck in an office all day (or at all) if you're a sales rep.

Cons

Sales reps work 7 days a week. Major turnaround. They are always hiring more sales reps. Newbies generally don't last long. The work load is heavy and there is high pressure on performance. An email was mistakenly sent to all employees in 2017 that stated that the company was meeting their operational plan because they were reducing the commissions being paid to their sales reps (without reps knowledge). Long term reps are now leaving. It's no surprise. You're expected to raise your customers prices any way you can.
