Pros

People are good to work with. There is room for growth and improvement. And you can transfer all over the country if the need should arise. And growing to other countries as well.

Cons

No incentives for customer service as far as bonuses are concerned.

Pros

You can buy warehouse stuffs at the cost prices. Some people are really nice, but not all. You will enjoy a diverse work environment.

Cons

1. Managers are controlling the bottom employees pay at the lowest level. 2. No career development opportunities unless you've stayed in the company for many years. 3. Very stressful work load. Get the job done or get fired. 4. I observed people been served in this company for many years got fired right away due to the budget control. 5. Managers or directors care about the performance to bump up the bonus, but not the employees.
