Pros

You get paid more the faster you work.

Cons

The coerce you to not take breaks and to shorten lunches to try and hit their goals. The safe method they teach will never get you to the minimum goal to keep your job especially fighting against the known day to day obstacles you have to face. Many of the team members take supplements legal and illegal to get through the shift which makes them and the jobs they are doing around you unsafe. There is no end time you leave when the work is done. The managements favorite saying is “well guys you know fecal matter (nicely put) rolls downhill so if we get it you’re going to get it.”
