Great pay, never late, guaranteed hours

Unstable work place, management always seems to make the wrong moves, care far more about production than the well being of their staff

Pros

A lot of work has gone into making the drivers lives easier. Hired more drivers and more experienced drivers instead of a bunch of recent graduates who don’t know what they are doing. New sups replaced longer term poor attitude supervisors and they actually answer the phone when we call in during the day.

Cons

Some of the equipment is old and breaks down. This large of a company should have a lots of new equipment.
