Pros

sysco is a great company to work for. They offer great training, benefits and generous 401k contribution. For Marketing Associates, once training is complete, you are given a small territory to build upon.

Cons

Can only sell to local restaurants which can be harder to find in areas where the property value is high (only chains can afford the rent). Pay structure is convoluted and commission percentages could be better

Great company to work for with great leadership and vision. Opportunity to advance are plentiful and encouraged. Good benefits are also provided.
