Pros

Fast paced, fun, working outside, stay in shape.

Cons

Some days the trailers were loaded awful, late trucks, High stress. No short days with the late trucks its hard to get off early even if you have a short light day.

Great benefits and all monthly meeting have food brokers for you to try all of the new food products

Cons

They use Salesforce as a CRM and it is time consuming.

Wide range of team members, always huge learning opportunities

Cons

The learning opportunities doesn't mean you will be able to secure a job in the trained field. The workload is drowning and they will not support you, they would rather see you break and leave and then know that is the max level they can put on a new willing "victim"
