Pros

They have good health insurance with low deductibles.

Cons

Very high turnover in this job. Sysco is the most expensive food distributer and in the restaurant industry there is a 3-5 percent profit margin so business owners will either not buy or buy and switch to a different distributer. When you are new they will give you an account list with dead accounts that former reps have ruined relationships with...so they are disgruntled at Sysco and won't buy. Sysco counts these dead accounts into your sales, so it makes it very difficult to make your quota for the first year until the dead accounts fall off of your list. There is also a lot of favoritism.
