Management is not honest or trustworthy. Processes in place make it very difficult to service customers. Bad customer service due to deliveries. A lot of favoritism going on with management giving large customer base to people they like.

Team lead has no knowledge and manner. The upper management treat employee as number not asset. The only thing they focus is their budget target and stock price. Even though upper management decided to ship most of job on GL department to India, but they keep saying it will have career opportunities in shared service. However, in fact there is no real opportunity . It is like a hunger game and employees try to swim or sink to get out the boat.
