      Make as much money as you want, flexible schedule, strong supportive leadership and room to grow within the company

      Company is going thru some growing pains right now, growing is good, it's not all that bad!

      Pros

      The pay was good, that's about it.

      Cons

      Management. Social life/family life took a hit. Not treated as an employee just a number. Their motto is "we want it all" but they give nothing back. The guys who work there most of them enjoy the job. You dont quit a job you quit bad management. When you're treated like a number and not like a person it wont go too well. They wonder why people ruin their product and damage boxes. When the company doesnt care about employees the employees dont really care about the company. The worse run place I have ever been a part of.
