      Decent Benefits and Adequate Pay, Unreasonable Workload

      Pros

      The benefits are fairly good here and the pay is somewhat decent

      Cons

      The workload is entirely unreasonable and the facilities are managed so poorly and ineffectively that employees not in the 'inner circle' of upper management suffer the consequences. You are treated like a machine for productivity rather than a human being

      Paid fairly decently, but overworked and unheard

      Good pay and overall decent benefits

      Cons

      There are never enough people employed to do all the work necessary, and yet senior leadership still expects an unrealistic level of productivity and quality in spite of this. Office politics were egregious and filtered down even to the levels of jobs in the warehouse, and senior leadership would rather hear themselves compliment one another than actual concerns from employees.
