Pros
-remote work -unlimited sick days. Flexibility with PTO. Decent benefits -supportive direct management -good direct team, helpful colleagues, very supportive -decent salary -exposure to multiple accounts -good training opportunities
Cons
-extremely high workload, leading to poor work life balance -many of the sales colleagues are bullies. Toxic dynamic. -high turnover -no opportunity for promotion or growth, I would say this is main reason for the turnover. That and the workload plus unrealistic demands to turn the work around within a day or two -upper management doesn't seem to know what is going on with the team or take interest in helping us
