used to be a good team - sadly most of the good people have left

Cons

far far to corporate - irrelevant training courses, poor and decieptful HR dept. Expect problems to be solved regardless of hours put in - no investment in site at all

Cons

They take advantage of employees, pile tons of work on your plate and expect you to do the work of 3-4 employee for terrible low pay.

Most colleagues are nice to work with Work life balance Can work from home for some roles Start and end work on time Great place to start a family here Medical insurance can include child and spouse

Cons

Commercial is political. Some boss dump their work and provide excuses. Technical team skew towards retiring/ political if you are not favoured. Sales team is confused and not focussed. Global team in Germany is slow, outdated and work in silos. Career progression unclear.
