Pros
-Free lunch and company transport to and from 2 MRT stations -Friendly colleagues -Many staff welfare activities and engagement sessions with management
Cons
-Each department has its own culture and working style so your 'happiness' really depends on which one you get into -Some managers are not really aware of what their subordinates are doing and how high their workload is due to lack of close mentoring -Some depts are not suitable for gen-y workers -Bonus has typically been less than 3 months in the past few years -Company is trying to project a certain image but culture is contrived, shallow and superficial
