      Pros

      Apparent complete freedom to operate, due to lack of management can make you feel powerful, but that is only an impression. Very heavy workload enables a lot of learning by doing.

      Cons

      Budgets regularly "disappear", absolutely no team spirit, you are on your own, management is only shouting orders and there is no strategy or picture of success and no proper Leadership

      Pros

      Progressive company, involved leaders within the company who actively look for ways to involve employees. Many opportunities to advance within the company as well as opportunities for the employees to develop as well-rounded individuals, such as charity and volunteer events. A very close-knit community with friendly, caring staff.

      Cons

      Some staff get too personally involved in others' lives, which can result in an uncomfortable work experience. Some staff not readily available for assistance.

      Great company to work for. Very innovative in the Flavor and Fragrance industry. Symrise encourage their workers to be innovative and inspiring. Symrise also believes in sustainability.

      Cons

      It is a flavor and fragrance industry thus it is a manufacturing company. The smells can be very pungent in the production area.
