Pros

Flexible scheduling, fast-paced environment, and good teamwork during busy shifts. It’s a decent place to gain customer service experience, especially if it’s your first job. Some coworkers made the workday more enjoyable, and you learn basic food prep and multitasking skills quickly.

Cons

Pay was low for the amount of work expected. Management quality really depends on the location, and communication wasn’t always consistent. Staffing was often short, which made shifts stressful. Breaks and hours could feel unpredictable, especially during peak times.
