Pros

Coworkers are usually super cool

Cons

Managers always suck (had 3 different ones) Store is constantly dirty No one is capable of actually doing their job Every employee is usually stoned Customers are entitled jerks, especially the old people tips aren't allowed (at least in that franchise) If you are good at your job you aren't rewarded you are abused

Over worked, under payed.

Pros

My co-workers and my customers are the main reason I stay. Plus, once you get the hang of it it is moderately easy. They also promote internally a lot so you have a good chance to move up.

Cons

Horrible managers at some stores. Low pay, you're either way over worked or not nearly enough hours.
