Pros

Great hours, and management is willing to give you time off when requested or work around schedule if you are in school or have another job. Fun environment if employees and managers are nice and professional.

Cons

Not much room for advancement. If you are lucky enough to get bumped up the pay is not really worth all the extra work. Customers tend to be extremely picky, more so than at other fast food restaurants in my opinion.

Pros

In order to get customer service experience. You are able to get preparation experience, and also experience putting all the inventory on the front ilne.

Cons

Most employees are high school students, or employees have only motivation to stay withing Subway. People are just there to have a job. If you are looking for a more professional setting, look elsewhere.
