Lots of work for the pay

-Fair breaks -Time to eat a snack -Discounted sub available each day of work -Works around you sports schedule

Cons

-A nearly impossible amount of work to be done by 2 people in the time alotted, especially when assisting customers and making subs. This is caused by people not doing their portion of work on their shift. The result of having to many tasks to do in the time given is poorly performed tasks and half done jobs.

Free food Management was almost never present, you and your coworkers are pretty much in-charge at all times Close bonds are made with the other person you work with (normally only 2 are on clock)

Cons

Hard to get raises Management is very unappreciative Hard to balance life and work (there is always somebody bugging you about working their shift) Often times openers and day shift do nothing and the closers have to do everything with no recognition RUDEST customers I have ever encountered The smell that is engraved into your clothes, hair, skin, and nails Management takes customer complaints VERY serious, which are always abundant
