Pros

Free food Management was almost never present, you and your coworkers are pretty much in-charge at all times Close bonds are made with the other person you work with (normally only 2 are on clock)

Cons

Hard to get raises Management is very unappreciative Hard to balance life and work (there is always somebody bugging you about working their shift) Often times openers and day shift do nothing and the closers have to do everything with no recognition RUDEST customers I have ever encountered The smell that is engraved into your clothes, hair, skin, and nails Management takes customer complaints VERY serious, which are always abundant

Pros

The job is pretty easy, and you have access to free food. I've known a lot of other people from different locations and they agree.

Cons

Customers are often ornery and horrible. Also, there is not really any room for advancement. No matter how hard you work you still stay a sandwich artist.
