Pros

The management at least at my store treats the employees as equals, not just cogs in a machine. Customers seem to be more tolerant than at other places i've worked, and last but not least. Free food. :P

Cons

It's a minimum wage job. There are little growth opportunities, besides moving to assistant manager. Which typically takes longer than most people want to work at Subway. Corporate tends to manage stores based on what gives the best appearance rather than a mix of both aesthetics and efficiency.
