Pros

Very flexible scheduling (once I gained some seniority) Quick advancement Good pay, raises fairly often based on performance Get to meet a lot of people and gain friendships Fast paced environment makes time fly. Great management benefits.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work holidays when no one else volunteers. Sometimes you are understaffed (if someone calls in sick on a busy day and there is no extra coverage) May have to work doubles/all day shifts (open-close) if no one else is available.

when i serve customer, i know in my heart that i am serving my customers fresh n hygenic food ..

Cons

sometime you get hot-cold when due to toaster, bread maker and cool room .
