Pros

As a subway sandwich artist: simple tasks, not that many procedures and complicated stuffs, hours are flexible, the pay is reasonable considering the nature of the job

Cons

Lots of upfront customer dealing, work can get strenuous and physically tiring (standing through all the shift with constant work: cleaning, preparing sandwiches), limited room for promotions or other job opportunity within subway.

Pros

Working at subway wasn't that bad for a first job. The hours were pretty flexible for the most part and I enjoyed the company of most of my co-workers.

Cons

The restaurant was always under staffed at night and the management didn't do a good job coordinating shift changes. The overall work environment was very unprofessional.
