Pros

Very easy, can be fun depending on the work environment.

Cons

The work is very repetitive. The quality of the employees is hit or miss, they either want to be there or they don't, and yet they get paid the same. There is no incentive to work harder or better because if the franchise owner is cheap and isn't involved in the business enough to know who works hard and who doesn't and therefore does not give those people that deserve to be paid what they should get. A lot of intentional pay check shorting that you have to hassle with correcting.

Pros

There is no grease to slip and slide around on. Being around different people all day. The manager is wonderful, and hires people who respect themselves and others. Flexible schedule

Cons

There is no insurance, and no paid vacation time. Sometimes the customers are not very nice. The T-shirts can be hideous.

Pros

Working inside the campus is very convenient as it allows for very flexible schedules and it is very comfortable.

Cons

The subway lines are always crowded, so during class breaks the work is always non-stop.
