Terrible Hours, Terrible Pay, Never Work Here.

-Terrible hours...talk about 5 hour weeks even after my third month. There are way too many workers in our store so we all get sparse hours. Just this pay period I was scheduled for 17 yes, 17 days off in a row. Talk about ridiculous. -My franchise doesn't give free food unless you work 5 hours...so I've never received free food. -Pushy management. They micromanage you. -Very unhappy atmosphere; the co-workers are nice, but we all hate our jobs and feel stressed by the micromanagement. Low pay, minimum wage combined with 5 hour weeks is lame. One of my two week pay checks was $90 before taxes. What's even the point? -No room to move up. -No schedule flexibility...in the rare case where you can work a day of your 5 hour a week schedule, your screwed because if its scheduled, you work it. No trading with other employees, no asking for days off. I'd never recommend this job to anyone but a bitter enemy. Unless you're looking for 5 hour weeks...look elsewhere.
