Pros

Great people to work with, always a fun day with right people working. Great communication and leeway with things, always got a day off when requested a head of time. Great manager. Free food and drinks whenever.

Cons

Very very long hours at times for me an average day would consist of starting at 10:00 am or so and not leaving until about 12am-1am that night. Was typecast for days and hours always worked weekends for 6 months straight no weekends off EVER. Slow to rehire back employees when others quit or get fired. You're given more shifts and overtime cause of that not pleasant . Pay is minimum not worth the time to work there IMO. Customers are the worst sometimes seeking some sort of entitlement and giving advice on how to run things there. Overall not a bad place to work at if desperate or first job wouldn't recommend it otherwise. Hours and schedule are a bit odd either you get too many or very little never an in between there. Very little room to move up unless you become chumy with bosses and such. No benefits what so ever.

Pros

Helps gain communications Skills and patience. You are constantly talking to customers to make sure you make the sandwich right. Free food!

Cons

Some customers and co-workers are rude! Co-workers steal excessive food and drinks. Some customers yell at you. Not very sanitary.

Pros

Great co-workers, good challenge, good customer service and cash handling skills. This will come in handy for future jobs that require some type of costumer service.

Cons

Understaffed, poor management, customers that think they know how to run the place. My Subway had a drive thru and that is the worst a Subway can do. It's too "customizable". The hours suck during the winter. I usually had about 4 hours a week... No benefits for part timers. I don't even think there were much benefits for full timers either. Seemed like they were worked to death more than part time. I wouldn't recommend this job unless you are 1) desperate or 2) you only want a job as a "filler" for around 10-20 hour weeks. (except winter is only about 4-6 hour weeks)
