Pros

It is actually pretty fun making the sandwiches, bread, cookies, and the prep work. easy to understand computer system

Cons

The dishes The company is so ridiculously picky about very dumb things like the mayo and mustard go on the meat and all the other sauces go on the veggies, why does it freaking matter? your just going to close the sandwich and they will be on both sides anyway. and much more

Pros

Great co-workers, good challenge, good customer service and cash handling skills. This will come in handy for future jobs that require some type of costumer service.

Cons

Understaffed, poor management, customers that think they know how to run the place. My Subway had a drive thru and that is the worst a Subway can do. It's too "customizable". The hours suck during the winter. I usually had about 4 hours a week... No benefits for part timers. I don't even think there were much benefits for full timers either. Seemed like they were worked to death more than part time. I wouldn't recommend this job unless you are 1) desperate or 2) you only want a job as a "filler" for around 10-20 hour weeks. (except winter is only about 4-6 hour weeks)
