Pros

An ideal job for a high schooler. Probably one of the better fast food places to work.

Cons

Not very many employees (depending on the place) means that if someone doesn't show up for a shift it's hard to find someone to cover, or you may be called in all the time to cover for other people. There is very little opportunity to move higher up.
