An OK job

Pros

Most places give you a free 6" sub with your shift. The food is relatively healthy, so you can feel good about what you're making for people.

Cons

Minimum wage with no incentives to work hard except your own morals. There is no real potential for moving up and little pay.

Pros

Definitely having a few co-workers who enjoy the job and having pride in their work as much as you would yourself.

Cons

Employees that don't pull their own weight and pass the work onto everyone else.

Pros

The flexibility of the hours.

Cons

The manager getting angry and cutting your hours, the unprofessionalism, the people that come in and take advantage of you, the unsafe location, and the value of a raise.
