Pros

Chance to move forward, chance to gain skills, flexible with hours, pretty easy. weekends are slow

Cons

Can only move up to Assistant Manager position, corporate jobs are hard to get, don't care about their employees very much, get wrote up even for being sick, drama- enough said, rude customers, low pay and no benefits- they cut my vacation hours after working there for 3 years, they honestly don't care about their employees

Cons

low pay, needs more structure, give associates a little more attention,

Pros

The people I worked with cool. Open a lot which provides awesome work or a college student.

Cons

Terrible training. Sometimes it can be very stressful work depending on how busy the store is. The pay is min wage but can improve if you take subway university classes
