Pros

Usually pays more than minimum wage and opportunities to gain more (you are given a raise if you finish a test, and if you finish this online learning thing which you get paid for taking) Lots of responsibility and different tasks (not just doing one thing)

Cons

Understaffed (even at really busy times there might only be 3 people working) Few breaks (if it is really busy you can't just sit down and eat) Uncertain hours (I never really knew when all the tasks I needed to do could get done so depending on how busy we were I could be getting off at 6 or at 11)

Pros

Great food and company. The company itself is wonderful, if you stay away from the one in Bellview. I think the owner needs to visit without telling his Manager just to see what she really does.

Cons

Management never knew what they were doing, lied to everyone and the rumors they started were unreal. Management her family stole food from the store..
