Great Company

Pros

Offers great opportunities to a lot of people. Very accepting internally and competitive externally. Really wants franchisees to earn a profit. Easy to expand.

Cons

Is becoming more and more saturated and has high demands. DA is demands a lot and offers little help. Not sure their "consultants" understand how to run a business. DA consultants seem to know more about what HQ wants than what a franchisee can do.

enjoyable as a first job.

Pros

Good staff benefits and cheap meals as a student on minimum wage, enjoyable colleagues of same age and interests

Cons

the younger workers tend to be a bit less 'motivated' to work nowadays, which means they often call in sick. Some of the franchisees are just stress heads who are not nice to their employees - no respect.
