Pros

Always busy- whether it be serving customers, prepping the days food/bread, cleaning, or doing dishes- makes the work days go by quickly. Was given a small raise each year, however, minimum wage also increased so it was as if I wasn't getting a raise at all. Co-workers were generally easy to get along with and made the place less miserable.

Cons

While working alone, the workload was intense, especially in a busy store during rush periods. Customers do not understand that there is only one, two, or three people working at a time. Food takes more than 30 seconds to prepare. We are not like most other fast food facilities that have 10 people working at one time and the extent of food preparation is slapping a patty on a bun.

Good staff to work with, nice people in general.

Need to take more consideration when picking Managers, one which won't come in mood swings.
