Pros

401K, healthcare, and dental and vision insurance after one year of employment. A lot of room to move up in the company. Flexible hours. 3 cents over minimum wage to start out.

Cons

Work alone a lot. Dealing with customers. Prep a lot of food. Usually no one to cover your shift. Not enough employees.
