Pros
The food is fresh, nothing is fried. As a team member you are able to have a hand in every part of the day to day operations. You don't need to have any cooking skills at all to be good at the job.
Cons
Sometimes there are too few people working to meet the demands of the customers, sometimes there are too many. Customers are standing in front of you as you make their meal, making it difficult to serve those customers which are extremely picky.
