Pros

I liked my coworkers, and interacting with customers can be fun at times. Overall I enjoyed my time here despite the lack of advancement opportunities.

Cons

Work can be strenuous especially if you end up opening or closing by yourself. I didn't really feel compensated fairly for the amount of work I was doing by the end of my time.

Pros

They took us to Portugal for team bonding

Cons

They make you unhappy. Expect you to know what you're doing straight away. Very little support from 'upstairs'. Tell you it's a family environment then treat you like you're the cat that shat on someone's head. Also expect 3 months notice?
