Pros

This is a great company to join to build skills in business. You will learn a LOT-including how to communicate with top execs, great presentation skill building, a lot about the QSR industry, top skills in strategic planning and communication.

Cons

Company due to so many changes nonstop has real low energy and joy, so they do not really compete in "workplace positivity" compared to other companies in the Amsterdam region. Its not really a "happy" place to work, so while its excellent for top skill building-something to consider.

Pros

Pro? Your coworkers if you manage to actually get scheduled with any.

Cons

The kind of job where they add more and more responsibilities to your plate while simultaneously refusing to offer any managerial or shift support. You’ll start by making sandwiches, then a week later they kick you to completely solo shifts while nagging that the work you do entirely alone isn’t enough to run an entire store. Crazy how that seems to pan out. Read google reviews for receipts, this store being chronically understaffed by owners that don’t care will be its death.
