Poor management, my supervisor was fined out of pocket for a failed health and safety inspection, understaffed, minimum wage and the pay doesn’t reflect the hard work, not listening to requests to create shifts to suit my education, overworked and some customers were straight up bullies. I liked my coworkers however I had an issue with one who was being creepy towards me, patronising and condescending - I asked to get put on different shifts, they agreed and then I found out all my shifts were with him. Ended up rage quitting in all honesty and I didn’t regret it, in fact a huge sigh of relief.
