Cons

Pros

Fun people to work with. Easy. Time goes fast. You get free sandwiches sometimes. And they are very tasty. Chicken.

Cons

Low pay. The work can get boring if it is a slow day. If your supervisors are not friendly the job could be a bummer.

Pros

the only pro i can think of would be that for every shift you work, you get a free 6 inch sub. that's about it...

Cons

no leadership at all, management never around, training was non-existent, super busy store with not enough people working. owner was rude and unreasonable. told me that working at subway should be my priority (as opposed to university)
