Pros

Work is consistent each month with little variation. Not too busy and not too slow. Stable workplace and not high pressure.

Cons

As a Field Consultant there is very little room for moving up. Unless you want to own a Subway there's no where to go in the company. Franchisees think you are a joke who comes in to shake your finger month after month. Staff in the stores are generally trained to hide what they can from the Consultant and do as they please every other day of the month that you aren't in the store.

Pros

Easy and relaxed work. You often get a break when there are no customers. Depending on the store you can pick your own hours.

Cons

Low pay and you can deal with some rude customers at times. If it is busy, it usually means there is more prep work to do in the back.
