Pros

Flexible schedules, downtime is common, free food

Cons

Poor training, manager hired family members and gave them special treatment, no raises after given numerous new responsibilities, food care was very poor (ex. botching the food temps which the manager teaches everyone to do, not wearing gloves when handling food from numerous employees), can't give any compensation for bad orders to customers which was often because of everyone quitting and constantly having new people

Pros

I got to pretty much pick my hours. While I was in college, they let me return for winter break as well as Summer, and I was able to return when I wanted.

Cons

The person to close the store is often by themselves, although the shop isn't busy at nights, some might consider that dangerous.
