Pros

The management is very understanding and receptive, and allows direct contact with ideas and issues. Most coworkers were relatively pleasant. Unit managers were very laid back and down to earth. A lot of room for advancement and raises.

Cons

You're making sandwiches; it's not very glorious. Obviously, you will have to deal with customers who aren't very awesome.

I like working at subway right now because as I grow each day with the company I learn so much about customer service and my current employees and to a be a team player all around.

Cons

Pay benefits are not as much, doing the work I do

Paid vacation after one full year of work. Very simple work. Healthcare if full time. Great food choices for break. Yea.

Cons

No breaks unless you make time. Customers can be idiots. Can be very tedious. Sometimes hard to get a raise. Yea.
