Pros

Flexible Hours, Friendly managers, learned to communicate with others from customer service. I learned how the food service industry works.

Cons

Low Pay, Boring if there is nothing to do, rude customers on certain days. Corporate could be a pain at times toward us and our boss.

Pros

Good hours, I got mostly the days and hours of what I wanted to work.

Cons

Working with college kids is hard when they dont wanna listen or see the benefit of listening. Towards the end of my job manager kept putting me down as closer cause I was good at it, even when I told her i was unavailable she didn't take no for an answer.

Easy to get hired there absolutely no pros to working for this company they expect more and more and give you less and less

Cons

Underpaid understaffed no breaks or lunches no benefits Company needs to make franchise owners more accountable not enough labor for amount of work to be done
