Pros
Free meal I guess. Easy to learn especially if you like being a cleaning robot.
Cons
Paid is so bad. I have worked in different shops and the managers normally are quite dumb, but hey no need to be smart to run subway I guess. The staff is unfriendly and grumpy , doesnt make you feel comfortable or happy to go to work. You can hear quite rude statements from managers and supervisors , expect to stay late or work on your days off if someone calls in sick. Zero hour contracts. The customers are horrible, lots of spoiled teens, so lots of self control required. Do not work there unless you need an urgent job.
