      Pros

      Diversity and team work are key for result achievements at head quarter level. very good opportunities for young managers from different socio and cultural backgrounds in Italy or abroad. Very flexible working hours during pandemic time was well appreciated.

      Cons

      in this moment the company is soffering big organizzational changew while the market is changing at full speed on different key/strategic factors: product offering, customer consumptions habits and network distriburtion model; due to all this there is not particular attention on young resources development.

      very good for career growth at young age, but long term is not the best choice. If you are looking for long term executive positions, you may still come back.

      not the best for long term. Quite vertical and hierarchical, target setting not clear, career path improvised and not planned.
