      Pros

      You'll learn a lot and get paid pretty well. Lots of holidays. International company that does big things, looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      Culture can be pretty toxic. If you aren't at headquarters you're a second class employee and it shows. Expectations aren't always clear and training is slim to none until something blows up.

      Company car lease (2) is one the best benefits they have.

      Cons

      Upper Management unprofessional. Things said in meetings and during regular shift hours would have upper management fired in a corporate environment. No onboarding official training program. Learn as you go. Encourage managers to be verbally abusive to "weed out" supervisors
