      Pros

      My Career with this company has had its ups and downs. Let’s face the automotive industry, although quite lucrative, can be quite like a roller coaster. This corporation (Chrysler, Cerberus, Daimler, FCA, Stellantis) has seen me and my family through for nearly 30 years even through bankruptcy(of the corporation) I fared well. I am proud to say that I worked for my company and intend to keep showing the same loyalty to another company as I retire and relocate.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of people there which means it’s a small community. Just like everywhere else there’s good and bad. The problem is we make really good money and some people succumb to diversions they cannot leave at home.

      Takes away home life, as a tpt only excused absence is a dr note from urgent care, management and supervisors dont care about you if you become sick or get injured. You gotta kiss butt to get treated decent by supervisors. That ain't me
