Poor organization , poor management poor in everything.

Experienced professional employees are not valued. Clear trend to reduce professional head count without improving efficiency of working level processes. Head count at a level where basic job responsibilities are a challenge that require collaboration between different organizations. Professional resources being moved to cheaper countries adding time to complete work task while reducing time allowed to complete them. Higher value placed on professionals who track instead of manpower needed manage functional work loads.
