Incentives which the sales team earn are paid out every quarter. So technically you can decide how much incentive you want to earn depending on your capability. The word has slowly spread and today Square Yards is attracting talents from all quarters. Good talented employees are spotted, groomed and made ready for better opportunities in our overseas branches. The management style has always been open-door and access to address all problems is easily available. We have created a huge change in how property is sold and the traction generated has garnered the respect of all our partners. We have had people from developers calling and asking us if there are opportunities available in sales and marketing as we have a whole bouquet of products to choose from to sell. Overall a great company to work with which knows where it wants to go with everyone together.
